How do I take a look around the store?

You can browse all the products in our store by clicking the coloured section buttons on the left side of every page. Or use the search facility on the top right to find a particular design or product.

I would like to see more product detail?

See more information about any product by clicking on the product image. When you are viewing a product, click the image again to see a much larger view for even greater detail. To get back to the product information page just click on “Close” in the bottom right corner of the enlarged image.

How do I place an item in my shopping basket?

When you find an item that you want, simply add the quantity you require in the blue quantity box, then click the green “Add to Basket" button below it.

You will see your chosen item appear under ‘Bob the Dog’ who holds your shopping basket for you in the top right corner of every page.

I’ve finished shopping. How do I checkout?

When you are ready to complete your shopping click the green "checkout" button under ‘Bob the Dog’ who has your basket of goodies. You will then be taken through the pages to add your details, add a delivery address, to confirm your order and make your payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.

Do I need to register?

No, you don't need to register or set up an account to place an order.
However, you may find it useful to register as you can track your order and look back at previous orders. We will also hold your address to save you time rekeying if you pay another visit to our store.

What happens to my details?

When you place an order with us your payments are made with the Secure Payment Facility via PayPal. We at Pixie Doodle do not see any of your credit or debit card details. We only receive your contact and delivery information which is held securely while we process, package and dispatch your goods.

You will receive an email from us to confirm we have received your order, and another email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. You will not receive any subsequent emails from us unless you request more information from us or you have signed up to receive our newsletters.
