Please note that we are a very small company and we are often away from a desk and in the studio. If we are not able to answer your call straight away please do leave us a message and your contact telephone number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it!

We hope you will be pleased when you receive your Pixie Doodle Gift, if however you wish to return or exchange any items purchased from us please do return them as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Once we have received the returned items we will either exchange or refund you the product costs in full.

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. It is advisable to return the items in the packaging we sent them in as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged goods that are returned to us.

Please check with us before returning any goods, just returning goods does not guarantee a refund.

Damaged Parcels

Despite our best efforts sometimes items will not survive our trusted postal service. You should inspect the parcel before signing for your delivery, write down the details of any packaging damage on the signature form and keep your receipt.

Any damaged parcels when opened may still be perfectly in tacked, however, if this is not the case we must be informed of all damaged deliveries within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us and we will discuss either a full refund or replacement product. The damaged item must be returned to us in order for us to make our insurance claim; we will however refund you the delivery costs of returning any damaged items.

Returns Policy

After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

You should ensure you sign for the correct number of parcels delivered.

If any items are missing or the wrong items have been shipped you must inform us within 3 days of the delivery date.

If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or you no longer want the items you will need to pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods we will need to charge carriage on the replacement items as well as any difference in price for the goods themselves. If you would like a refund on your items you will receive a full refund on the products purchased including the cost of post and packing.

Credit Card Refunds

We can only refund returned items on the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 4 working days for the refund credit to appear on your statement after the return has been received and the refund has been confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All illustrations and designs that feature on our products and on this website are owned by Joanna Flattery and Pixie Doodle and are protected by ACID (Anti Copying In Design).


All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website / marketing material are and will remain the property of Pixie Doodle. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.

Pixie Doodle Gifts and all designs relating to Pixie Doodle have been created by Joanna Flattery. Pixie Doodle does not sell any designs to third parties. Therefore if you see any design or product featured on this site being sold anywhere other than this website or from Pixie Doodle direct, then the item you have found is not a genuine Pixie Doodle product. In this instance we would really appreciate notification of this and where you have seen it. Please help protect a designer’s copyright.
